Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. For perishable products like milk, the return window is 4 hours from delivery time.

Conditions for Return

  • • Return request must include valid order details

Replacement vs Refund

You can choose between a replacement product (delivered in the next available slot) or a full refund. For subscription orders, credits will be added to your next billing cycle.
