Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our products. You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product is spoiled or past expiry date
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality not up to standards

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

Step 2: Provide your order number and clear photos of the product

Step 3: Our team will verify and process your request

Step 4: Refund will be credited within 3-5 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your Samarth Milk & Milk Products wallet which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be processed for orders where the customer was not available for delivery, incorrect address provided, or if the complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery.
